In the commercials you see people walking around and going about their daily business while wearing these on their teeth. That can't happen. You can't talk while you're wearing them. Drool comes out the side of your mouth because you're trying so hard not to swallow the nasty gel that's on them. They are hard to put on because the gel gets everywhere. However, if you can deal with all of that, they do work. You have to wear them twice a day for 30 min. I did notice my teeth were whiter. I did experience tooth sensitivity when I used them. It seemed to get worse as time went on. I think they are at least worth a try. They are much more cost effective than getting your teeth whitened at the dentist.
