I have tried the Crest White Strips and have not had a very favorable experience with them. These strips are supposed to be used twice daily for two weeks. First of all, they are kind of obtrusive. You definately know you have them in and they feel kind of stiff and uncomfortable. But, I thought if they worked well, what the heck! You leave them in for about 30 minutes. There are strips for both the upper and lower teeth. It claims to keep teeth whitened for a year. I did notice a brightening and lightening of my teeth, but I didn't actually use them for the full two weeks. They really made my teeth hurt! I guess maybe it was my gums, but it really felt like my teeth were just aching and almost like I needed to chomp down on something to relieve the pain. Very strange. I would just be careful if you have sensitive gums or teeth.
