It's a bit wierd at first putting them on as they feel like they slide around a lot. I would suggest using a paper towel or something to dry off you teeth after you brush your teeth and before you apply it so that it will have the maximum effect. I don't think that you'll be able to notice the effects right away depending on what type of strip you get. Some take 3 weeks others take 1 week before the effects show, it mainly depends on how much you want to spend and how badly you want your teeth whitened. I think that this is a great alternative to actually getting your teeth whitened at the dentist or whatever mainly because of the cost. It's still very effective and easy to use as you just put it on before you go to sleep. The hard part is not eating any staining food for as long as you use it.
