In my opinion, I think that Crest white strips work really well. The application process is quick and easy. All that is needed is to gently peel the strips off of the plastic and place them onto your teeth. The necessary time needed to achieve effectiveness is a minimum of 30 minutes. Increasing the time won't help much in the way of making teeth whiter. However, it will start to damage the tooth layer if left on the teeth for a lengthy period of time. Take caution to fully rinse out any remaining gel after the 30 minutes has expired. Avoid brushing teeth directly before using the whitening strips to achieve total effect. Once teeth are whitened, they stay white for about a week or so depending on how well they are being cared for. In addition, the strips don't need to be applied twice a day, instead most people use them once a day due to having busy lives. All in all, Crest white strips are a much pleasurable way to whiten teeth rather than using thick gel directly on teeth.
