Well, I don't think that there are many whitening toothpastes which are very effective and this one is no exception. The one thing I like about this though is that there is scope included. I like the way that the scope tastes so it doesn't feel like normal toothpaste. It leaves your mouth feeling scope fresh so that's definitely a plus. The application is simple just as with all toothpastes, just squeeze a bit on your toothbrush and lather, simple isn't it. Well there's no reason for me to expain toothpaste other than that the fact that it has whitening and scope. I guess if you were really serious about whitening your teeth, than this would help a little bit if you used it in conjuction with a diet lacking staining foods as well as other treatments. When I used it, I liked the way it made my breathe smell afterwards, although the whitening effects on my teeth weren't that great, probably since I still drank sodas and coffee.
