Crest Whitestrips

I gave this product a very low rating, because although it is effective if used consitently as directed, it was too painful for me to use often enough to cause significant color improvement of my teeth.

I applied the strips to my upper and lower teeth, which was easy in itself and nice that it didn't need a molded tray, which can be very uncomfortable and expensive. I found that it tasted quite horrible, unfortunately, and it made me gag slightly.This minimal disc omfort was nothing compared to after having removed the strips, and attempting at lunchtime to eat an apple.

Biting into that apple was one of the most painful experiences.The strips had caused intense heat sensitivity in my teeth, and places on my gums were raw from the chemicals to which they'd been exposed.

I hope the whitestrips work for others, for me, I'll be seeking out sensitive teeth formulas in the future.
