The Crofton Professional Power Steam Cleaner comes with the steamer, water cup, round brush, angle nozzle, straight jet nozzle, extension hose, spray nozzle, window cleaner, window cleaner attachment, cleaning cloth, and owner's manual. The cleaner was pretty easy to use and set up. It only holds about 2/3 cup water and the steam does not last long so you may be refilling quite often. I liked the little cleaner it was very effective at cleaning the little grooves in your refrigerator and around your faucets. I did not think the steam was effective on ground dirt. It worked really well on counter tops or stove tops with stuck on food or spills but not grease. I also liked the steam feature of clothes. It allowed you to refresh items without stains to prevent taking them to the cleaners often. I wish it had the mop feature which would have made cleaning the floors a breeze. Unfortunately the cleaner stopped working one day and I tried to put a little vinegar in the water to remove mineral deposits but it no longer heated the water. The steamer cleaner did last for 2 years so I did get my money's worth and will probably buy another one.
