Crunch does it again!

Crunch is know for their great workout videos. Super SlimDown: Pilates Yoga Blend is no exception. Great for lovers of yoga and Pilates who want to try new twists. The instructor is wonderful! Ellen Barrett has a cheerful voice and motivates well, without being annoying. She demonstrates the moves well and even has easier variations for beginners. Although the workout isn't super intense, I can definitely feel it working in all the right places. Yoga and Pilates have always been good workouts, but in Super SlimDown: Pilates Yoga Blend, Ellen Barrett makes them great! Overall, this is one of my favorite workouts, it works my muscles and gives me energy for the day.
