Cuisinart CEK-40 Electric Knife

I have to say that this is the best knife out of the other two I have tried in the past. There are two quality stainless steel blades with the set. One blade is for a bread blade used for cutting breads. The other blade is a carving blade which is used for carving meats. The ergonomic handle allows for easier handling and cutting. One does not have to be very stron in order to cut things with this knife. The powerful motor allows for the quick job of cutting and slicing items. The set also includes a butcher block storage unit for the storage for the blades and the cord. The blades are alsoablto go into the dishawasher for cleaning. The bread blade works wonders on any type of bread and the carving cuts up meat like a dream. The knife is much safer to use than those other sharp kordinary knives. This knife has exceeded all of my expectations!
