Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker

This makes one great batch of ice cream!I have used this many times over the course of year.I have made several flavors using the included recipies.

The ice cream churns for 30 minutes but when finished it is not hard ice cream.More consistent with a soft serve.I prefer mine harder so I put it into the freezer for a few hours. This helps.

Althought it makes a small amount, it has been enough to feed my family of 4 giving aproximatly two large scoops per person.

We have added chips, nuts and candy during the last 5 minutes.

There are other models around but this is the basic.You can not store uneated ice cream in provided container.You need to put it into your own for storage.We keep our container in the freezer so it's ready tobe used any time.Very easy to clean.
