Cuisinart Mini Prep Plus By bubbacat on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I have owned my Cuisinart Mini-Prep Plus appliance for years. It is quite the handy machine. I preferred to use the mini-prep to grind meat and vegetables for my children. I didn't use alot of baby food. Baby food can be quite expensive too. This is a small appliance silver/black in color. There are only two buttons on the mini-prep, chop and grind. If you want food chopped or ground up and not in large quantities, try the Cuisinart mini-prep. I just hold the button down for a short amount of time and you're done. It's quick and easy. It is model DLC-2. There are only three parts to the machine, a bowl, lid and a blade. The mini-prep is easy to assemble and easy to clean. It takes up very little space on the counter. This appliance comes in larger sizes too. So if you need just a little something to help with those small cooking chores, just call on the Cuisinart Mini-Prep to complete the job. All you do is just touch and hold your finger on the touchpad until the correct consistency or touch your finger on the touchpad rather quickly then let go and keep repeating. I'm sure you will love this little machine as I have all of these years.
