Cuisinart Mini Prep Plus Food Processor By Haplon on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

This food processor is a seamless combination of form and function. I find the small size of this appliance to be particularly great, since my kitchen isn't as grand and spacious as I would ideally like. There are only two settings- chop and grind - but each works very well due to the quality of the finely sharpened blade. This processor has a wide diameter, which prevents foods getting stuck under the blade, as tended to happen in others I have had. This allows you to be able to process much larger quantities of food and chop them into a very fine paste. Also, because of its simplicity the machine is very hard to break while at the same time being exceptionally easy to clean! The only worry, of course, is not to cut yourself on the blade itself.

I have personally used this product to make Indian dishes like alu palak, which requires a very fine sauce-like consistancy. I've also prepared black bean dip (from pureed black beans), chopped garlic, ginger, and other ingredients, and it is perfect for making pesto sauce. I recommend this product to anyone who enjoys cooking.

This is so nice & it does look like it doesn't take up to much counter space!
