Culture Warrior By adadsview on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
Before I get started, let me say that I'm middle of the road when it comes to politics. I enjoy watching and listening to many of the news programs. I do enjoy Bill O'Reilly's show. I bought this book and was disgusted at the first page. To be honest it's a little hard to tell what the book is about other than Bill O'Reilly thinks he is the best thing on Earth. His arrogance is overpowering and makes it impossible to read the real story. I found myself wondering away from the words and just getting more and more angry that he thought he was the know all and end all of the world. I was really disappointed in this book. I see it is out on paperback now. Even at those prices it is not worth it.

I completely agree. I almost put his book down after the first page or two because of his arrogance, but I love his show and agree with him about 90 percent of the time. However, his arrogance is out of this world. He always says to his people on his show about "don't compare yourself to me or you will feel very sorry, " and "I was on your show and your ratings soared." Stuff like that. I just continued reading the book and found that his arrogance is what is the major put off. I kept reading and skipped a lot of it, but your review is right on target. Glad to see that Kool Aid comes in different colors, even though we may be drinking from the same brand.
