The Mineral Ice muscle pain reliever works wonders. During the last summer (summer 2007) I put myself through a quite vigorous work out schedule. After about a week of working I began to feel the effects. I did not want to stop and take a break, so I looked for a muscle rub. I went to the store intending to buy Icyhot which I have used before. The store was out, so I decided to give Mineral Ice a try. After the first use I was very pleased with how it felt. I definitely liked it more than Icyhot. This muscle rub really felt like it was working its way deep inside the muscle. I gave me a comfortable coolness wherever I applied it.

This muscle rub proved to be quite effective. It eliminated a lot of my soreness and allowed me to continue my workout program. I would suggest this to anyone with a muscle pain looking for a way to relieve it.
