I recently received a few free samples of Curel's new Life's Stages line of Moisture Lotions. I already did a review on one of the samples, and now I am reviewing the lotion for Menopause and Beyond.

I am at that age where my skin is not youthful and glowing anymore. So I was eager to try this free sample. This lotion is rich and not greasy-feeling. It goes on the skin very nicely and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. It does have a slight fragrance, not unpleasant, and it has a very nice consistency to it, not too thick and not runny.

This lotion is very good for extra-dry skin, which my skin is getting to be. It makes your skin more soft and supple, and has ingredients which are known to help your skin's collagen production. It contains collagen, elastin and grape seed extract.

The sample states that you should apply to your driest areas, it does not state whether you can use it on your face. But since I have rosacea, I have to be extremely careful what I apply to my face anyway, so I would strictly use this on my body.

I like it very much, and I also liked the other sample I received (for the first signs of aging). I am thinking of buying some of this skin fortifying lotion at the store the next time I need to purchase lotion, which is about now. :)
