In the past few years of school I have been buying your average backpack from your average family store...Wal Mart. Finally, two years after having to replace my backpack half way through the school year, I decided to spend twice the amount on a very attractive looking backpack at zumies. The backpack was made of some very strong fabric having strong zippers and many pockets convenient for all my needs. Throughout the course of the year, the backpack never tore or had any other flaws. It was basically perfect. I continue to use it for everyday activities to carry all my personal belongings. I also take it on outdoor trips camping, fishing, etc.. It is washable and looks good as new when it comes out of the washer, I did not have to dry clean it nor hand wash it. I have had this backpack for about a year now and theree is very little signs of wear-and-tear. However, the best can always be replaced, so when this backpack is done for, I will definately return to Dakine for a high quality backpack.
