What a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I had with this company. From the minute I purchased there were problems. Including an "Extra" charge for what I don't know! Then when I attempted installation, it started installing "WsAudio" drivers. There was no mention of this in the instructions. This is when my computer froze and went to the "Blue Screen of Death". After this happened THREE TIMES, I gave up and tried to un-install the software. This did not help. My computer would now not play any audio AND I could not see my DVD drives. Eventually, after two days of this, I had to start my computer in Safe Mode and restore the system to a state before the nightmare began. But it wasn't over! I asked their "Customer Service" to refund my money. They kept asking me to try making complicated and dangerous adjustments to my system which I was obviously NOT going to do. It has been over a week and they STILL REFUSE to refund my money even though I have completely deleted their software. DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE!!!!!!!

Do not buy from Daniusoft! Worst online purchase ever. Product did not work and no support line to fix. After multiple emails, received email two weeks later that ignored all my problems. Plus I was charged extra fee for unwanted warranty and signed up for other unwanted services with monthly fees. Do not buy from Daniusoft! Check out reviews from other sites to read other bad experiences from this unethical and fraudulent company.
