Danskin Now from Now On...

On a recent WalMart shopping trip I was looking at shorts for my morning walks. I found some nice looking shorts by Danskin Now. I bought them without trying them on because they were a great price, $7.00.

When I got home, I tried my new shorts on and found I really love the way the material feels on my skin. They are super soft inside and out. The elastic/drawstring waistband does not bind.It sits at just the right height for my body, right below my belly button.

The best feature of these shorts is the length. Living in Texas, I am a connoisseur of shorts. I wear shorts about 3/4 of the year. I have experienced many different styles, brands, and lengths of shorts. You have those that are too short and ride up your butt crack. You have those that are too long and either bind above the knee or shimmy up your inner thigh to not only give you the reverse V look, they make your crotch look like a vacuum. These Danskin Now shorts ride right at mid-thigh. Not too short or long, just perfect. In addition, they stay put.

After trying out the first pair, I bought three more in different colors. It is unusual for me to by four pairs of the same brand and style of clothing. However, when you find something with such a great fit, feel, and value, you just gotta do what you gotta do.

I do have one fluke I must mention: I washed the first pair in warm water as the instructions stated. They did shrink and fade a tiny bit. I suggest washing them in cold instead. I did this with the other pairs and they still look and feel as good as new.

Overall, I think the quality and value of these Danskin Now Women's Shorts is exceptional. I will continue to look for this brand in shorts.
