Danskin Swirl Exercise Ball By moonbeam973 on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

I wasn't happy with my Everlast Pilates ball, so I went looking for another pilates ball. I found this Danskin ball on e-bay for a decent price, and I am familiar with Danskin (albeit only their apparel, which I like very well - it is good quality), so I decided to buy this fitness ball. It came with its own pump, and the plastic the ball is made of is very thin, but the ball seemed to hold up just fine. I used it for about six months, and then I had to deflate it, because I was moving all the way across the country. After I got settled into my new place, I reinflated the Danskin ball. And it just would not reinflate all the way. I have tried and tried and tried to reinflate this fitness ball, but it is just not happening. I am not sure if the problem is the pump, the ball, or both (I can't find a hole in the ball, so I suspect the pump must have gotten beat up during the move), but the ball is no longer effective. So, I'm 0 for 2 in fitness balls, at this point. I think I'm going to give up on these for now.

Too bad you weren't able to use it again after you moved. Good luck if you decide to try again...they say third time's the charm :) Thanks for the info on this.
