I guess most people have heard of Altoids-"The Curiously Strong Breath Mint", but you might not have heard of their Dark Chocolate Dipped Mints. I was certainly in for a big surprise! I thought I was getting chocolate covered peppermints, but it turned out that I had mistakenly gotten the cinnamon flavored ones. Be prepared for quite a curiously strong cinnamon taste. Remember when you were a kid, and you loved those candies called Fireballs? That's what this is like (when the chocolate has melted off) particularly if you eat about 4 at a time. The chocolate is delicious, but then the fire begins.

Apparently, they do have mint flavors in these also. I think that I would prefer those, but I have to admit, after I got used to the burning sensation, these were rather addicting. They call them "A Curious And Original Chocolate Experience." They're original for sure, but I don't think I'll be buying these again, with my tendency to get heartburn.

Just be sure that you have a drink on hand, to put out the flames! Yes, they're that hot! (Or maybe I'm just a wimp.)
