Dark Chocolate vs Milk Chocolate

Toblerone is one of my favourite chocolate brands. Last weekend I had two varieties of Toblerone, Swiss Dark Chocolate (with honey and almond nougat) and Swiss Milk Chocolate (with raisins, honey and almond nougat), bought on sale. When it comes to chocolate, I have no specific preference, but other members of the family preferred to eat more the milk chocolate because dark chocolate is a bit bitter, so I had most of the dark chocolate. I rarely check ingredients of food I commonly take but found time to compare it this time. Common ingredients to them are sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, honey, almonds, egg white, and emulsifier. Dark Chocolate is composed of cocoa solids in minimum of 50%, while the Milk Chocolate has 28% and more on milk and milk powder and vanillin flavouring.

For me I like chocolates and would like to have at least 100g of it every week or every other week.
