Davidson's Fourth Grade Reels Kids In!

I had started my oldest daughter with the Knowledge Adventure series of educational games: 1st Grade, 2nd Grade, and 3rd Grade.While shopping at Ross one day, I came across Davidson's Learning Center Series 4th Grade.The price was considerably lower than the other programs, so I decided to give this game a try.

The program teaches math (computations, estimations, and fractions), English (agreement, synonyms and antonyms, nouns and verbs, and parts of speech), Science, and the beginnings of geometry with areas and perimeters. With Davidson's program you are able to track your child's progress and make adjustments as needed.

Your child is lead to learning by way of five fun guides. They begin in the Discovery craft museum, the main hub of the game. Your child's mission is to earn tokens by mastering learning games.Once they gain tokens, they can play a game to hatch Bobbily Bird eggs in the engine room. This lightens the Discovery Craft's load allowing it to launch.

For this game you will need at least Windows 95 or 3.1 or Mac Power 7.5.1 and 16 MB of available RAM. 256 color graphics or Super VGA and at least a 2x CD-ROM drive.

Davidson's Learning Center Series 4th Grade is very interactive and engaging it is geared toward children age 9 - 10.The games are fun and encourage learning.Davidson did a nice job on this program I'm glad I bought it.
