DE-sensitizing
By Rodney Ray onWe bought this just to try it out my wife uses a sensitive type toothpaste most of the time and she was looking for a less expensive alternative. The Natural White Sensitive Extreme performed well, it did a very good job of DE-sensitizing the teeth. I believe it worked as well as her previous product did. I do have one complaint with the Natural White Sensitive Extreme and that is the taste, it's not really bad but it's not good either, it's a little soapy tasting to me. The taste is not bad enough to keep me from continuing to use the product. Over all it is a good product it does what it should, it just doesn't do it the the way I think it should, and that would be do it's job and taste good. It is a good product and I will most likely buy it again.

Desensitizing toothpaste often tastes a little soapy, at least that has been my experience. I will have to check this out!
My husband uses sensative toothpaste but I'm not sure he would like one that tastes soapy.
I too have found that faintly soapy taste in other desensitizing toothpastes. It's not strong but it is there. But if it works to help minimize the hurt of overly sensitive teeth, who cares? And the price is certainly right.
This is a new one for me-I never knew that desensitizing toothpastes could have a soapy after taste!
