By cemomster onAs an exercise physiologist, I thought there would not be fitness video out there that could kick my butt!Granted after a very difficult pregnancy and not being able to do any workouts after 26 weeks, due to complications, I knew I would be a bit out of shape.
So I tried Debbie Seibers Slim in 6 series.Debbie says you will tone up and get into shape in just 6 weeks.Well, Debbie is RIGHT on the money!
Tons of squats, lunges and leg work, but it works!I lost 18 inches all over my body in my first 6 weeks.

This sounds great I will have to look into this, Since I had my gallbladder removed in 2006 and a C-section and tubes tied in July 2007 it seems nothing has helped me lose the excess weight. Maybe this will help me.
Congratulations on being so preserverance , doing tons of squats, lunges and leg work and successfully losing 18 inches all over your body....WOW!!
