Deep Cold Therapy

Almost everytime I do some exercices or do some sports, my muscles ache because I am not in a very good shape. So, in the evening or whenever I need it, I use this product named Deep Cold therapy from Mentholatum. It's a manthol analgesic gel. This gel contains menthol, isopropyl alcohol, methylparaben, propylparaben, purified water and trolamine.

When you apply Deep Cold to the painful area, you will feel the cold when it penetrates your skin. This blue colored cooling gel helps relieve pains, aches and inflamed joints. It says that it helps relieve arthritic pain also. I can say that it helps me when my muscles ache, but my mom told me it doesn't help her much with her arthritic pain.

This product is not greasy and it doesn't stain. Deep cold therapy is not just offered in a gel form but also in a spay and patch form. It is not recommanded to use it more than three to four times a day and it can be used by children over two years old. So far I like the product.
