I have owned this keyboard for almost 3 years now. It has been working properly all of those years. I have spilt and dropped the keyboard many times and it is still in great standing. It is a very basic board. It would be nice to have the palm pad and have it little more ergonomic friendly, but it does get the job done. One extra thing i like is where you plug the end into the computer it is color co ordinated so the back of the computer is the same color as the plug attached to the board. Very easy to figure out for computer novices. I would reccommend this keyboard to people who want the basic yet want durabitlity and a long lifetime. Students i think would benefit from this. My husband and i moved from Maui to Tx with this board and it shipped just fine.
