Dell Inspiron 1501
By Jacob Looby onI got this for Christmas a few years ago and I still love using it. I got it with a slightly larger hard drive and a widescreen. I had to sweep everything off of it at one time but that's because of my lack of security, whoops. Since I got a clean sweep of it, and then put eveyrthing back on it, everything works fine except for when I go onto a java thing inside of the web browser, such as myspace music. It tends to freeze up if I don't put the laptop on standby at least once while it has been on. Other than that the computer doesn't really freeze at all, and whenever I need it for something its always the one computer in my house that I can rely on to do exactly what I need with no problems. I use it a bit for gaming such as Dialo 2 and Age of Empires 3, and those both seem to run fine. The only thing like I said before is that I have to put it on standby for like 10 seconds if I ever need to restart it, but I think that's just with my whacky computer, with yours it probably works a lot better. The Inspiron series is somethign I would definetly recommend to a friend!

I too love my Dell Inspiron 600m (you tell how old mine is) and it still runs great for me.
