Dell Inspiron 1501 By Brandon Moore By Brandon Moore on - Updated Sep 26, 2011

Dell has really created a great all purpose laptop with the inspiron 1501. By all purpose I mean a laptop that suites just about any need and anyone. The 1501 comes with the AMD Turion 64 x2 processor, which gives the user plenty of computing power and 1 gb of memory which, when you upgrade to 2 gb makes this laptop a powerhouse. My biggest complaint about this particular laptop is all of the pre-installed software that comes on it. It took a significant amount of time to un-install the majority of it. I highly reccomend this laptop for college students as it will serve them well through the college years. This laptop easily handles most popular games out today, and the wireless ensures that you can surf the net wherever you go. Overall, a very good laptop.
