2 months after purchase my DVD drive broke, 5 months my hardrive was replaced with a refirbished Toshiba

I felt as if I had received a lemon. Dell reported to me I had to have 3 components go bad before I could have the laptop replaced. Technical support was helping fix my computer when it was having problems opening pages. I was on the phone for 5 hours with a technition when it froze. I was told a relpacement of the hard drive would be sent. Replacement took 2 weeks to arrive. I purchased a 2 year warrenty with in home repair technition. I was insructed that the harddrive and DVD player was an easy istallation and did not require a visit from a technition. Poor customer service is another reason I would not recommend buying a Dell.
