Dell - inspiron 1521 review

I recently bought a laptop from Dell computers. I feel besides the quality of the products they use as well as their customer service these are otherwise decent computers.The one thing I am now really concerned with regarding my new computer is the quality of the parts they use. I bought my computer in October of 2007 and since I have had my Ethernet port blow as well as major probelms with the key board. Which leads me to my second complaint of Dell, their customer service. When you call you end up speaking to a person in a foriegn country. My people were all from India. I had the hardest time getting anything done. I couldn't understand anything they were saying to me. If I couldnt' understand them, how could they understand me? Overall I think all the other areas of this laptop are excellent.
