I purchased the dell vostro 1700 last month. Dell.com was running a deal in which if the customer spent a minimum of 1200$ they would recieve 500$ off. The laptop contains a 17" screen a dual core 2.0ghz intel pentium processor with 2gb of system ram. It has an nvida 256mb 8600gt gfx card. The laptop can run most new games out there and priced only at about 730$ was an incredible deal to pass up. Aside from having to get windows vista as a primary operating system this computer is simply amazing. Everything a moderate gamer would be looking for in a portable computer. Dell is always having sales very similer to this and i would highly reccomend them for they amazing customer service. All and all i would highly reccommend any of the vostro small buisness class laptops from my personal experiance.
