The Dell XPS is a great computer. Not for the average person, but certainly one of the best laptops I have ever seen. First off, you will notice that this is a very large laptop. This isn't the greatest laptop to travel with, but it is definitely great for the more geeky college kid. The XPS comes with a very large screen, tons of space and RAM, and pretty much all other high end laptop parts you can think of. I have never had any problems with my XPS, however there is one large downside. The battery life on the laptop is certainly not all too great. It will last anywhere from two hours to only about a half hour on a single charge. However, if you don't mind having the laptop plugged in a lot, this is definitely a laptop for you. You'll just have to get used to charging it quite often.
