Reviewing: Dentek Temporary Filling Replacement
Purchased at: Gordon`S Chemist     Price: $4.99 GBP

I have been a heavy tea drinker for a number of years now and my teeth have started to suffer, quite near the front of my mouth I have noticed to small holes developing so I decided that it`s about time I paid a visit to the dentist.

I have to wait about three and a half weeks for my appointment, so I decided to buy Dentek, this is temporary home dental mixture which allows you to replace lost fillings or secure loose crowns until you can get to the dentist.

In the packaging there is 1 small tub of dental mixture, 1 cotton bud and 1 scoop which is like a lolipop stick, To replace a filling all you need to do is wash the area with the cotton bud and using the scoop, take out some of the mixture and roll between your fingers and put it into the tooth and bite down a few times until the filling feels comfortable, the filling takes around 2 - 3 hours to set so it is wise to avoid eating in this period of time.

PLEASE NOTE: I cannot comment on the securing loose crowns as I did not use it for this purpose, also this product should not be used if you have any throbbing tooth pain.

After the filling has set, you can expect it to stay in place for around two to three days, as I said earlier this is on a temporary solution, but it handy for temporary dental care

I had wondered if this stuff worked, so good to know if you have to wait a few days, there is a temporary fix.
