Yes I am a big fan of The Christmas Carol. I think I watch that show at least 10 times between Thanksgiving and Christmas, so it shouldn't surprise anyone when Department 56 came out with Scrooges House I was first in line to get. I collect Department 56 and build my Christmas Village every year. This was the first piece that I was really anxious to show off. This is one of most beautiful pieces in my collection. It has every intricate feature of scrooge and the house. The lighting is perfect on this house and I don't care what village you are collecting this piece fits into any village. You will love this piece and even if you don't collect Department 56 I would recommend this piece just by itself as a Christmas decoration, because what is Christmas with Scrooge!!!

Our Dickens Village is still up... hubby likes C-mas for a long time. I don't think he has this one though. Thanks.
