Derwent 12 Artists

When ever I buy derwent products, I'm guarenteed class. The smooth lining of the pen really allows you to draw and write what ever you want for hours, rather than getting the edged pencil lining where it hurts after the first few minutes. The reliability of the pens really is outstanding, they work under any circumstances. Whether it be you need to draw a water painting and need fine touches - these pens are the best for me and I'd guess for you! The added width of the led inside adds extra smoothness to the top of the led (where you draw) which is always good for me, I know that the pen also wont snap off and break at the led point. This set of pens however is very expensive, and for 12 of the basic colours you'd want them to be excellent. However in saying that, they are the best pencils that I've come across, definatly a good starting kit for a keen drawer.
