Desitin Creamy By Lindsey Starks By Lindsey Starks on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

Brand name does not mean better product! I received Desitn creamy as a baby shower gift, and thought it was a great gift untill I tried it myself. I put on alot of weight during pregnancy(80lbs) and having it be 102 degrees outside didn't help, so I aquired a use for the cream. The second I put it on it burned! I tried wiping it off and it still burnd after about ten minutes the burning went away and it kind of throbbed. That experience was pure toture and I couldn't imagine putting my child through that. I don't know for sure it feels the same for them but I can only imagine it feels worse on their sensitive little bottoms. I do like desitin products, don't get me wrong, I'm just not a fan of this one in particular.
