Diabetic Anyone By bcylab on - Updated Oct 15, 2011
I am insulin resitant and have a need to keep my sugar intake lower. Not that iI always do, but when I am actually on track, I really like this book.
This book has healthy, delisious recipes that the whole family can enjoy. Ther are 2000 recipes you can browse through in order to find something that might catch your eye. It is a complete book, it has entrees, soups, hors d'Oeuvres to cookies and cakes. This book wraps everything into one location. I have found that these recipes are so yummy and I am always wanting to try new ones. My only bad comment is there are no pictures, but this leaves room for more recipes.
The back of the book is loaded with conversion charts, section on sugar and sugar replacements, and chocolate products. It is such a well balanced cookbook, that anyone who needs a sugar free or just a need to cook wisely for controlling blood sugar levels, this is a great book to have on your shelf.

Sounds good but I would also want some pictures.
My mother-in-law has this cookbook since my father-in-law has diabetes-the recipes are great!
This sounds like a book that would be great even for those who aren't Diabetics or who need to have a specific diet regulation...good info, thanks
I agree with Lexia. I too wouldn't mind having this in my cookbook collection.
