Dial Gold Antibacterial Soap By DealHippo on - Updated Oct 15, 2011

We picked up a couple bars of the Dial Gold soap because it was really cheap and we needed some little bars of soap for vacation. I'm glad that they were cheap, because we really weren't too happy with the soap. It has a chemical-like smell and really dried out my skin. It made my skin feel really tight and did not moisturize at all. It is an anti-bacterial soap, which is probably why it dried out my skin so badly. It lathered up fairly well using a washcloth, but not nearly as well as a liquid body wash. I would definately not recommend this bar soap unless you are able to find it really cheap as it makes your skin really dry, and in my opinion, the antibacterial feature is completely unnecessary.
