Diapers.com - a smile and a frown

Since I have twon boys, who are both in different sized clothes, shoes and diapers, I decided to try diapers.com instead of trying to find all the diapers I need at several stores.

Finding the brand and sizes of diapers I needed was very easy. The prices were great and because of the size of my order, I qualified for free shipping. And because I was a first time customer, I received an additional discoun. I was extremely surprised when my diapers came a day and a half later! I was so pleased with the selection online, the price and the speed of shipment that I decided to use them again the next time I needed diapers. I returned to the website, found exactly what I needed and proceeded to search for another discount similiar to the one I was so pleased with previously. After scouring their website, and checking my correspondance from the company, I was disappointed to find they didn't offer any discounts for their returning customers. I checked out their FAQ section to find they only offer discounts to first-time customers.

I will be returning to diapers.com for my diaper needs because their prices remain lower than retail, but I am extremely disappointed that they don't consider their returning customers when offering discounts, especially those with multiple babies in diapers or those placing large orders.
