Did You Say Turn Left Or Right? By Geralyn Hydock on - Updated Sep 18, 2011
Radio Flyer is well known for their quality, sturdiness, and construction. I recall having a Radio Flyer wagon as a child and my own children had a Radio Flyer Stake wagon which they thoroughly enjoyed. Wanting to teach my little grandson how to ride a tricycle, we bought him this tricycle that has an attached handle. We took him for rides on it a few times but it was too hard for him to steer. The handle does come in handy though as you can control the direction.
The bike has a sturdy steel design and rubber tires which make it durable and easy to ride. It weighs about 17.6 pounds and is 10x10x21 inches. It is recommended for children who are from twenty four months old to four years old. This is fashioned like the old fashioned tricycles we had as children. Needless to say, Radio Flyer has been providing us with qualoty products ever since 1917!
Radio Flyer Red Tricycle with Push Handle Purchased at: PX Price: $59.99

Geri, I had literally no idea Radio Flyer made children's tricycles. I know many of us had their little red wagons, so I guess it's not a big stretch for them. I'll keep this in mind for my nephews and nieces.
Is there no truere classic of kids toys than a beight red Radio Flyer wagon? When my kids were little I could not wait until they were big enough to ride a tricycle and they each had a radio flyer one. I think the momories of my radio flyer wagon carried over from when I was little and I insisted they each have one too. Thanks for the memories.
I have seen those bikes with handles for the adult to help. I think they are really good for kids with special needs and difficulty with muscle control. Thanks!
Love those handles:0) They make my nerves feel better; I didn't have to worry about my kid turning into the street!
I like the Radio Flyer brand as well. We have the standard red wagon for my daughter and holds up well.
I had one of these tricycles when I was a little girl. I didn't even know they were still around. They are great.
Such a classic! I too had one of these when I was little!!
I can't believe they still make these tricycles.
I love Radio Flyer! We still have two of their wagons in our yard and they STILL play with them at 15 and 9, its hillarious!
I just have to get my daughter the Radio Flyer when she is older. I love it!! This is a really great product for kids. The handle is a very good feature.
