Reviewing: Nintendo Sight Training
Purchased at: Gift

Hi Friends, I am back with another useful review for an everyday product. Back when Alex, my son, was diagnoised with Aspergers Syndrome, part of his assesment was a very intense eye exam. The results told us that he no longer needed to wear glasses, but he did need occupational therapy to strengthen his eye muscles. Despite the fact his vision is 20/20 weak muscles prevent him from focusing properly. Now in Australia this type of therapy is a specialized field and it is very hard to get an appointment, not to mention the cost.....Phew. In the mean time Alex recieved Nintendo Sight Training for a gift and it is amazing how much he is improving by doing the daily eye training. His hand eye co-ordination and his focusing ability has greatly improved to the point I am thinking of giving the expensive therapy a miss. Ithelps him do excercises to also improve periphialvision and DVA. DVA..Dynamic Visual Acuity is his tracking abality, exactly whay he is having problems doing. Imagine that a Nintendogame that actually has a useful purpose. I'll take 3 thanks. Cheers
