Diet And Be Miserable Or Eat And Be Happy By Jeannie Kerns on - Updated Sep 18, 2011

Most all of us women go through a time in our life where we think we are just a little to hefty for are liking. And when this happens, diet companies on the market start marketing bizarre diets cause they know we will be gullible enough to buy it no matter what the cost is.

I will give the Atkins Diet this, I did lose the 10 pounds I wanted to in a week by not eating bread, rice, or pasta. Unfortunately 11 pounds came back after going back to eating those foods. Obviously in order to maintain the weightloss, you must give up those specific items. No, I do not think that will work at all.

Funny as it may seem, the weight actually came on quicker than what it took to come off. Just take it from someone who is constantly making sure she looks good, do not spend $400.00 a month on a diet you will have to be on the rest of your life. Just enjoy your food. Eat small portions and exercise, and it will all turn out the way it should.

I totally agree on what your saying. I had a aunt that was on jenny Craig and it seemed that she gained more than losing it. its all about portions and exercise.
