DIGITAL PHOTO ALBUM WITH KEYCHAIN
By Tonya Carlson onTh holidays are finally over and after getting the kids all set up with their new electronics I have finally gotten to start to play with some of mine.
My kids purchased for me this Digital Photo Album with key chain and I just happen to know that they did not pay the suggested retail price of $30 bucks but they paid $10 bucks for this really cool thing. They purchased it at Walgreens during a sale that they were having around black friday time. You ask how I know all of this well my kids are 12 and 10 years old and daddy doesn't hide the reciepts to well. LOL!!!I have been looking for something like thisthough because when ever I run into someone thathaven't seen for a while I never have pictures of my kids on me.
This is a 8mb stores up to 60 pictures, it provides up to three hours of viewing with the rechargeable battery, it has a 1.4 inch LCD color screen, it automatically sizes jpeg and bmp photos, it has date and time display and slidshow functions and it has photo editing software and USB cable.
When you first get it you have to put the software in before plugging it in for the first time.It takes about 7 hours to charge if you plug it into your computer with the usb cable which is the only way you can charge it.It is very easy to use and stylish.
I really am enjoying this gift and I think that you will to so if you ever get the chance to get one I highly recommend it.

I wondered if these worked well. Thanks for the info. Maybe I can get a deal like that this year...sounds like a great grandparent gift (or my stepson could get one for his mom, or my stepdaughter might like one....)
I have a Shift3 Digital Photo Album with Keychain which I received from my husband for Mother's Day. A Great gift I thought, and then I finally got around to trying to use it. I thought the directions (put CD into computer) were bad, but I thought once I put the CD in it would have further instructions, no. These might be ok if you are more computer literate than me. I finally called my son who has an Associates Degree in Computer Networking so he could assist me. Finally got it all figured out and got my pictures uploaded and there is a line across the screen, my son could tell it was inbedded in the screen and not my pictures. We tried using the reset button, the line is still there. Called customer service they had me reset it again, still a line. They then said I could either send mine back and they would replace it or take it back to the store for a refund. Yeah, right!! The store won't refund my money because the device is defective. So I called customer service again today - I have to send the device back to California - AT MY EXPENSE and they will replace the device. I would not recommend anyone purchase this product!!!! Why should I have to pay to get something that should have been right to begin with?????
I have seen those kinds of digital photo frame/album in stores. I think I would feel weird if I see one inside my room because I would think that the photos are moving. Its a cool thing to have though. At least people wont need to flip through pages and pages of photos with the confusion of which one to focus on at the moment before moving on to another one.^_^
