Dirt Devil Spot Scrubber By karlawmcdonald on - Updated Sep 18, 2011
If I had not been in a hurry the day I bought this I am sure I would have gotten a different one.
It is OK to use if you have just a small area to clean and do not want to pull out your big carpet shampooer. Other than that it was a huge disappointment.
First off you have to get down on hands and knees to use this and if you are disabled like me it is not exactly something that is easy or convent to do.
It does come with a two year warranty, which is pretty good for a small appliance in my opinion.
It does have a rotating scrubbing head and it extracts most of the water you use, but then the cannister is not really easy to take off to fill up or to empty. It has a rubber plug on the front of the cannister that has been difficult to pull out every time I have used this.
To me this was not worth the money or time to me. I would shop around for something better than this if you are looking for a quick spot cleaner.

((((Karla)))) How disappointing this is! They advertise this on TV here so widely, it makes me wonder how many of us bought this thing. Probably it would be easier to just have Resolve Stain Lifter handy, and save your body extra pain. Thank you for honestly sharing your experiences with thi
It's really too bad that this is so difficult to use.
