My children received this DVD player as a gift. I thought it would be the perfect gift since we take a yearly eight hour trip that we drive. Something to help keep the kids busy and minds off of the famous "are we there yet" speech. My first thought on this player was it is nice and durable. Made just for kids who are a little ruff on items. It worked great and the kids loved it.

About 3 months after we got this player and used it a lot, things started going wrong. When the disk played it was loud. It was not like that in the beginning. A week or two later it just seemed to get louder and louder. Then a little while after that it just stopped playing the disk all together.

I would not buy this product. A few months for that amount of money was not worth it.
