We have a large foyer inside our front door and wanted a place for the kids to be able to sit down on and take their shoes on and off. We also were looking for a way to store the shoes neatly by the door when they did take them off. The Mickey entry bench from Disneyshopping.com does both.

The bench is a black wooden bench that measures 50 inches long, 17 inches high and 18 inches deep. There is plenty of room for two people to sit on it at one time. The bench came with 3 ruby red cushions that fit perfectly across the top. There is a 1 inch lip that runs around 3 sides of the bench top that keep the cushions from sliding off. On the bottom of the bench there are 3 separate cubby areas that hold the 3 deep wicker baskets that came with it. These baskets can hold many pairs of shoes and can even a small backpack. The top of each cubby has the special Disney touch to it. There is Mickey Mouse head icon carved into each of the sections.

The bench came unassembled and took about 30 minutes to put together. It is very sturdy and well built and I have no worries that it is going to fall apart anytime soon no matter how hard my children sit down on it or how much stuff they pile into it. This bench has worked really well for us and for the first time ever, my children actually take their shoes off when they come in the house and put them away too.
