Disney - Transforming Mack Playset

My son received the Disney/Pixar Transforming Mack Playset as a Christmas gift from his grandparents.He loves toys from the movie Cars.Seeing this toy in the store we thought that this would be a great gift for our son.The tractor trailer opens up to three different play areas. There is a roadway that breaks apart, a roadway where a car can roll on and a pretend dirt track.Once he is finished playing he is "suppose" to be able to close everything up so it looks just like a tractor trailer.However, our son never can get the playset to close up with adult help.The playset seems to always fall apart.When it falls apart my son always gets upset. I believe that this toy is not designed for a young child.I'm glad that I did not purchase this toy for me son.I would NOT recommend this toy for a child.
I would be sad & upset too if this fell apart on me! I had seen this in stores but didn't know anyone who had this.
Thanks for the honest information. No one wants something which falls apart . I can certainly understand why your son got upset.

Too bad it doesn't work right because it looks really cute.
Thanks for the heads up on this. I would probably have bought it for my grandson. He loves CARS. But I think I will pass on this one.
