Ok, please let me say right now that I do like the movie and also the musical Annie. I don't however enjoy this version created by Disney. I just super love the old and traditional one. I'm sorry.

That being said, this one is a little different. There are a few different scenes and also a different ending from what I remember. The people playing the characters DID do a good job and the music and singing is great, but it is not my cup of tea.

This version is not rated, but it's is "G" so no worries for your young ones and it is approximately 90 minutes. This also does not have a lot of extras on the dvd itself. Basically you can see a trailer, have surround sound and change the ratio...that is all. So even if you wanted this in French or Spanish you can't get it which is disappointing for some.
