Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort

The Caribbean Beach resort/hotel is a moderate resort at Walt Disney World. Walt Disney World has resort in three categories: Value, Moderate. and Deluxe. The Caribbean Beach Resort is just wonderful. My family absolutely loves it! It is a very big and spread out resort and it give you the feel of being in the Caribbean. There is a huge lake in the center and several sections surrounding the lake, such as, Aruba, Jamaica, Martinique, and so on. We stayed in the Jamaica section and loved it! There is a very big and very good food court. There is also a sit-down restaurant. There is a big gift shop. There is an awesome swimming pool with a great slide. There are several more "quiet" pools in each section. There is a neat kiddie pool. There is an island/bridge section with tropical music playing all the time. Just a very nice place to stay and I definitely recommend it!
Just stay edat Caribbean Beach at Christmas. This was the first of the Disney propery hotels we stayed at years ago when we brought our kids. We've tried most of the hotels over the years and decided to go back to the one's we really liked. Didn't remember the seperate check in building and how large it really was as it had been a long time. Our favorite is Port Orleans or as it used to be called....Dixie Landing!!
