Disney's Pop Century Resort
By GoofyBaby onDisney's Pop Century Resort is a delightful place to stay at!Designed for budget-minded individuals or families, the resort is split up into several sections:fifties, sixties, seventies, eighties and nineties. Each section is themed with large Disney character statues and items of the decade. My favorite section to stay in is the fifties section, which is decorated with large statues of Lady and the Tramp, as well as a swimming pool in the shape of a bowling pin!The stairwells for each floor are also surrounded by bowling pins. Each section of the Pop Century Resort is four floors high and features outdoor corridors typical of motels. The rooms are decorated with bedding, wall borders and art representative of the decade. The rooms are small at 264 square feet, but are adequate for a family with small children or two adults. The food court features a plethora of delicious food and beverage options with a favorite being the tie-dye cheesecake. The food court also features TV dinners several nights of the week, in carrying with the fifties theme!Next to the food court you can find large gift shop where you can shop to your Disney heart's desire!Busses to each Walt Disney World Park and Downtown Disney are located just outside the main building and run approximately every 15-20 minutes, but are often faster.I cannot wait to stay at Pop Century Resort again! Why not give it a try? You'll be glad you did!

We love Pop Century. The goofy pop jets are a blast for little kids!
